At Galerie Varinchi, we take great care in creating and delivering our artworks and products. Due to the unique and often handmade nature of our pieces, our refund and return policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our work.

1. No Returns Policy

• All sales are final.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you are eligible for a replacement or refund. To process your request:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photos/videos showing the damaged product and the packaging.

Once verified, we will:

• Offer a replacement (preferred), or
• Issue a full refund if replacement is not possible.

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• After this period, cancellations may not be possible as processing may have begun.

5. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (as artworks may appear differently on screens).
• Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling.
• Incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Shipping Damage Responsibility

• If damage occurs during shipping, we will take full responsibility once verified.
• Customers must retain original packaging for claim verification.
